What is Longevity Washington, D.C.?
Longevity Washington, D.C. is a free, science-based community for people in Washington, D.C. who want to stay healthy for longer. The D.C. chapter of Longevity Cities is being founded and is built for busy people: health habits that survive a demanding work week, and straight talk about sleep, strength, food and stress, with no health or science career required.
No meetups have been published yet. Ideas the founding group can pick up include a lunchtime or after-work walk in Rock Creek Park, a weekend stroll along the C&O Canal towpath or the Capital Crescent Trail, a loop on the National Mall, or a small evening talk near a Metro stop. Founding members and co-organizers from D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia can shape the first formats.
Joining is free: create an account and follow this page, where the first D.C. meetups will be announced. Longevity Washington, D.C. is a community, not a longevity clinic or a test provider. It is a place to learn, compare notes and ask better questions before you book any check-up.
