What is Longevity Miami?

Longevity Miami is a free, science based community for anyone who takes their health as seriously as their lifestyle. The sun, the ocean, and year round outdoor living set the stage, but beneath the surface Miami has become a fast growing hub of biohackers, health tech founders, and longevity minded people building something real.

We run regular free meetups, expert talks, and hands on workshops on biological age, biohacking, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, with a research first perspective that goes deeper than the surface. The crowd is a mix of doctors, entrepreneurs, athletes, and curious beginners, whether they live here full time or pass through often. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees. Just honest, science based conversations about what actually works under the Florida sun, and a community that shows up.

Longevity Miami is a free, science based community for people who care about healthspan as much as this city cares about living well. We bring together biohackers, health tech founders, doctors, athletes, and curious beginners through regular meetups, expert talks, and community challenges about biohacking, prevention, and adding healthy years. High energy, high standards, zero tolerance for pseudoscience, and no fees or prior knowledge needed.
Is Longevity Miami a longevity club or a health club?+
Think of us as a longevity club in the community sense, not a paid gym or private health club. Membership is free and open to everyone in Miami. We are not a clinic and we sell nothing. What you get is a real network of like minded people across South Florida, regular events, and honest, science based information about longevity.
Where can I find longevity doctors, clinics or treatments in Miami?+
We are a community, not a medical provider, so we do not offer treatments or run a longevity clinic. Miami does have a booming scene of longevity doctors, wellness clinics, and performance centers, and our members regularly compare notes on who is worth seeing and who is just marketing. Our Miami calendar mixes social and educational formats: meetups, expert talks, and biohacking sessions on topics like biological age, VO2max, nutrition, and sleep, often making the most of the year round outdoor lifestyle. Is Longevity Miami free?+
Yes. Longevity Miami is completely free, and almost all of our events are free too. We believe longevity knowledge and community should not sit behind a paywall, so there is never a membership fee to take part in South Florida.
How do I join Longevity Miami?+
Create a free account, join the Miami WhatsApp group, or simply show up at the next event. All three work, and there is no application or approval step. Following us on Instagram or LinkedIn keeps you posted on new Miami dates.
Where can I test my biological age in Miami (DEXA, VO2max, bloodwork)?+
Miami has plenty of options for DEXA scans, VO2max testing, and longevity bloodwork, from wellness studios to dedicated performance labs, and members often share recommendations and group discounts. Our community Spots map highlights labs and studios around the city, and we sometimes organize group testing at events. Ask in the community and you will get honest, first hand pointers.
Does Longevity Miami cover Miami Beach, Brickell, and Fort Lauderdale?+
Yes. Events move between Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, and Coral Gables, and members drive in from Fort Lauderdale and the wider South Florida area. Miami has become one of the fastest-growing longevity hubs in the US, and the community spots map tracks the clinics, recovery studios, and gyms worth knowing across the region. Free and open to everyone.
