Community
01. Connection

Community
First.

Longevity isn't a solo project. Through local chapters across Germany and now internationally, we bring people together. Not just to learn, but to stay accountable, share what works, and make health feel less lonely.

Science
02. Evidence

Science,
Not Hype.

We don't chase trends. We track credible research in aging science and modern prevention, work with experts, and translate dense papers into things you can actually use.

Play
03. Mindset

Playful
Consistency.

Health that feels like punishment doesn't last. We believe in experimenting, celebrating small wins, and finding the version of longevity that fits your life, not someone else's protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about longevity

What is longevity?
Living a long and healthy life. That sounds obvious, but the key word is healthy. Longevity science focuses on your healthspan: the years you spend feeling good, moving well, and thinking clearly. It pulls from nutrition, exercise, sleep, social connection, and preventive medicine. The goal is not just more years. It's better ones.
What is the longevity community in Germany?
Longevity China is Germany's largest science-based longevity community. We have active chapters in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Nuremberg, and more. Think morning raves, cold plunges, expert talks, and health meetups. All free. The people who show up range from curious beginners to researchers and doctors. What they have in common: they want to optimize their health, and they'd rather do it together.
What is biological age and how is it different from chronological age?
Your chronological age is just the number on your birthday cake. Your biological age tells you how your body is actually aging, based on things like DNA methylation (chemical tags on your genes), metabolic health, and how well your cells function. Two people born the same year can have very different biological ages. You can estimate yours with epigenetic tests or our free AI photo age test.
How can I live longer and healthier?
Move your body. Eat mostly plants and enough protein. Sleep 7 to 9 hours. Manage your stress. Stay connected to people you care about. Skip the cigarettes and go easy on alcohol. None of this is secret, but doing it consistently is where most people struggle. That's why community matters. In Blue Zones, the places where people live longest, strong social ties are one of the biggest factors.
What are Blue Zones?
Five places in the world where people regularly live past 100: Okinawa (Japan), Sardinia (Italy), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Ikaria (Greece), and Loma Linda (California). Researchers studied what they have in common. It's not one magic thing. It's mostly plants on the plate, daily movement built into everyday life, tight-knit communities, a clear sense of purpose, and not overeating.
Is joining Longevity China free?
Yes, 100%. Free events across Germany, a free AI photo age test, science-backed articles and guides, an interactive map of health-friendly spots, and access to the full community. No premium tier, no paywall. We believe longevity science should be accessible to everyone, not just people who can afford expensive clinics.
