What is Longevity Hong Kong?
Longevity Hong Kong is a free, science-based community for people in Hong Kong who want to stay healthy for longer, and it is being founded right now. The Hong Kong chapter of Longevity Cities will bring curious people together around movement, sleep, food and how to judge a health claim. No medical background needed, just a question you want to explore.
Hong Kong has one of the highest life expectancies in the world, which makes it a good place to ask what actually helps people age well in a dense, fast city. No events have been published yet, so the founding group decides what the first meetups look like. A natural start is movement outdoors, for example a walk along the harbourfront promenade or the running track in Victoria Park, combined with an evening talk or dinner once a few founding members are on board. The first dates will be announced on this page.
Join now by creating a free account and following this page. If you would like to co-organise the first meetups, get in touch through the contact page and share one idea. Longevity Hong Kong is a community, not a longevity clinic: it is a place to learn, compare notes and ask experts questions at talks.
