​Join us for a longevity-oriented morning by the lake: a gentle gathering to breathe, move, meditate, connect, and enjoy summer together.

​We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and meditation, followed by one hour of Classical Yoga guided by Raj. After the practice, we’ll stay for a relaxed picnic by the lake and an optional swim.

​This morning is designed to support nervous system balance, mindful movement, recovery, and community — a simple way to start the day feeling calm, open, and recharged.

​Settle in, meet the group, and find your space.

​09:30 — Breathwork & Meditation

​A grounding session to calm the mind, connect with the breath, and arrive fully in the body.

​10:15 — Classical Yoga with Raj

​One hour of authentic yogic practice including postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and mindful awareness.

​11:15 — Picnic by the Lake & Optional Swim

​We’ll gather by the lake for a relaxed picnic and, for those who wish, a refreshing swim.

​12:15 — Closing

​A gentle closing to complete the morning.

​About the Teacher ​Raj is a Classical Yoga practitioner and teacher who guides people toward balance through authentic yogic practices rooted in timeless wisdom.

​Classical Yoga nurtures the body, calms the mind, and supports deeper self-awareness, creating a strong foundation for long-term health, longevity, and daily well-being.

​Raj’s approach combines traditional practices, including postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and meditation, helping students cultivate mindfulness and live with greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

​What to Bring ​Please bring your own food and drinks for the picnic, a yoga mat or towel, swimwear if you’d like to swim, sunscreen, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors.

​Good to Know ​No prior yoga, breathwork, or meditation experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.

​Come as you are, bring something nourishing to eat, and enjoy a peaceful summer morning by the lake.
