About the Speaker: Nicolas Ting Nicolas A. Ting (M. Sc.) is a dynamic nutrition and food scientist, entrepreneur, and university lecturer in Social Entrepreneurship. Over the past 7 years, he has founded three companies, including a sustainable regional oat start-up. Currently, he channels his expertise into the healthspan industry as a Longevity & Product Consultant and B2B Sales Operations Manager for Avea Life AG. Guided by the philosophy that people's diet is influenced more by their environment and feelings than by their knowledge, he acts as an ambassador and transformer for future-oriented, holistic nutrition. Nicolas balances his mission for healthy people on a healthy planet across his roles as a nutritionist, founder, coach, speaker, and proud dad.
