Get notified about future eventsTwenty years ago, scientists believed that by knowing all about human genes, most diseases could be explained. We now know that human biology isn’t as simple as that.
What if our DNA could tell us not only what we inherited — but what our bodies have experienced? The answer may lay in epigenetics – how your body turns on and off genes to deal with challenges.
Factors such as aging, environment, diseases and lifestyle continuously alter our epigenetic settings, and by decoding these changing patterns, we get further in understanding the complexity of human biology.
Join us for an evening exploring epigenetics and the future of proactive health.
Prof. Maria Lerm, Professor at Linköping University and co-founder of PredictMe, will share how our environment, lifestyle and experiences can leave measurable marks on our biology, and why this matters for understanding and protecting our future health.
We'll explore questions like: How much of our health is shaped by our environment? Can lifestyle change our biology? And could we detect harmful changes before disease becomes symptomatic?
After the talk, stay for an open discussion and networking with people across medicine, science, longevity, biotech and proactive health. Also you will be offered the chance to early access PredictMe Delta at an exclusive discount.
**🥗 **Light food & non-alcoholic drinks will be served.

PredictMe is a Swedish university spin-off that decodes epigenetics and multiomic data to add a new layer to biology. PredictMe has trained AI models on early detection of chronic diseases to unlock proactive healthcare tools. The mission is to long-term enable precision health for everyone. Their first product is PredictMe Delta, which is an epigenetic health report that reflects how your lifestyle is affecting your biology. The underlying models are trained on over 150,000 individuals. It creates a custom lifestyle plan on ways to optimize your health, referencing cellular pathways. PredictMe Delta will be available for sale during the event for those who are particularly interested. More at predictme.se.
