Longevity events in London

1 free event coming up in London. Next one: Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Longevity London is the capital's free, research-led community for people who want more healthy years, and it sits inside the Longevity Cities network. Few places pack this subject so tightly together. Ageing research at UCL, Imperial College and the Francis Crick Institute near King's Cross is a short Tube ride from the private clinics of Marylebone and Harley Street, and from the wellbeing floors of the Mayfair members' clubs. Standing in the middle of all that, the useful habit is asking what the evidence really supports.

What a longevity meetup in London looks like

Cold plunges and sauna sessions, morning raves, run clubs, walks, and evening talks with researchers and practitioners. Most run 2 to 3 hours, all are free to attend, and biohacking newcomers are as welcome as people who have been tracking their biomarkers for years. Sign-up is per event.
