In collaboration with Le Lab Coaching — a pioneer in functional health and fitness in Paris, backed by over 10 years of experience and a community of more than 100 dedicated clients.

Train your body not just to perform today, but to preserve its physical capacities for life. Join us for a social and guided fitness experience set in an urban cultural center in Paris.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this session is designed to train the body intelligently through movement, functional strength, and breathwork.

The Program (35 Min Session + Q&A + Social)

 BLOCK 1: ACTIVATE (10 MIN)

Awaken the body: Progressive bodyweight movement to mobilize joints, activate key muscle groups, and gradually elevate your heart rate.

Focus: Mobility, coordination, and functional movement patterns to prepare the body to move efficiently and sustainably.

 BLOCK 2: STRENGTH (15 MIN)

Build a strong body for life: Accessible, scalable bodyweight functional strength training adaptable to everyone.

Focus: Strength, stability, balance, and movement control essential for long-term health and longevity.

 BLOCK 3: RESET (10 MIN)

Recover & regulate: A cooldown focused on breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Focus: Slowing down the pace to promote deep release, regain controlled breathing, and leave you in a balanced, regulated state.

 POST-WORKOUT Q&A & SOCIAL

The session will be led by the founder of Le Lab Coaching, who is also a longevity fitness coach and podcast host of LongLiife.

Connect with her directly during the post-workout Q&A and enjoy a social moment to mingle with the community.
