The Hummus Connection

A fully vegan Levantine menu built around fresh, house-made hummus. Alongside it you find falafel, vegan shawarma and baba ganoush, plus toppings like Batata Harra, fried eggplant, fried cauliflower and sweet potato fries, with sauces such as tahina, the garlic sauce Toum and the spicy Zhoug paste. Sandwiches, tabbouleh and the semolina cake Namura are also on the menu.
