Floating Spa Essen

Sensory-deprivation floating in a highly concentrated brine tank measuring 2.50 by 1.50 metres with around 25 cm of water and an open or closed lid. A session lasts 50 to 60 minutes and includes a shower beforehand and a rest afterward. The studio also offers Head Spa and massage treatments plus gift vouchers.

An introductory float starts at 49 euro and a full 60-minute session, including shower and rest, is 79 euro. Gift vouchers are available from 49 euro.

The studio positions floating for stress relief, muscle relaxation, better sleep, mental clarity and improved concentration. These are wellness benefits described on their site, not medical advice.

The studio is at Krawehlstraße 3 in Essen-Rüttenscheid. It opens Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00, closed Sunday. Sessions are by appointment, so book ahead.
