It opens Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 18:30, Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00.

Alive Miami runs on monthly membership tiers that bundle biohacking sessions, an IV drip and member discounts, with higher tiers adding NAD+ and quarterly biomarker testing with an MD consult. Single sessions can be booked online through its scheduling system.

It is physician-led and pairs cold- and light-based recovery with a medical longevity side, including IV and NAD+ therapy plus diagnostics like 50+ blood biomarkers, VO2 max and epigenetic testing, under the tagline Feel Alive Again.
