# Peptide. Der ehrliche Guide

Peptide sind kurze Aminosäureketten, die dein Körper zur Signalübertragung nutzt, und sie zählen zu den am längsten etablierten Medikamentenklassen: weltweit sind rund 100 zugelassen, darunter GLP-1s wie Ozempic und Wegovy. Der Grauzonen-Longevity-Stack (BPC-157, TB-500, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, MOTS-c, Epitalon) ist eine andere Geschichte. Nur Tesamorelin und Thymosin α1 haben echte Evidenz, das meiste pendelt zwischen "in Mäusen vielversprechend" und Marketing, und kein Peptid belegt am Menschen eine Lebensverlängerung. In Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz gelten Peptide als Arzneimittel, nicht als Nahrungsergänzung, daher sind Versand aus Nicht-EU-Ländern und Grauzonen-Verkauf strafbar (§ 95 AMG: bis zu 3 Jahre).
